North County Man Indicted on Statutory Sodomy Charge
Hazelwood Police said the 45-year-old man had sex with a 13-year-old girl.
A 45-year-old North County man was indicted on charges that he had sex with a 13-year-old girl from Hazelwood. Prosecutors said that Robin Thomas, of the 9700 block of Conquistador in unincorporated North County east of Dellwood, had sex with the underage girl on Aug. 25 to Aug. 26. Hazelwood Police found sexually related texts from Thomas to the girl, who was found at his home hiding under a pile of clothes. The girl told police at the time that she had sex with Thomas and that she loves him. Thomas is being held in St. Louis County jail. Bail was set at $75,000, cash only.
