Mother Stomped On 14-Year-Old Daughter; Blood Found In Girl's Urine

Hazelwood Police said Harmony M. Camden hit her daughter in the face and ear, then stomped on her back and side on Monday.

A Hazelwood woman is accused of hitting and stomping on her daughter Monday. Blood was later found in the girl’s urine when she was treated for her injuries. Harmony M. Camden, 37, of the 100 block of Reasor Drive in Hazelwood, was charged Tuesday with abuse of a child, a class C felony. Hazelwood Police said Camden and her 14-year-old daughter were arguing in their home Monday. Hazelwood Man Punches Woman at St. Louis Outlet Mall, Police Say

Hazelwood Police said Brandon Thomas hit his girlfriend in the face.

A Hazelwood man is accused of hitting his girlfriend at St. Louis Outlet Mall. Brandon M. Thomas, 20, of the 1500 block of Ville Gloria Lane in Hazelwood, was charged Jan. 29 with third-degree assault. Hazelwood Police said Thomas punched his girlfriend in the face at the Hazelwood shopping center Feb. 21, 2012. Hazelwood Man Chokes Girlfriend During Argument, Police Say

The man is being held in St. Louis County jail in lieu of a $15,000 bond.

A Hazelwood man faces a criminal charge for assaulting his girlfriend on Jan. 11. Charles Murphy, 31, of the 8600 block of Morningaire Circle Drive in Hazelwood, was charged Jan. 12 by St. Louis County prosecutors with second-degree domestic assault. Man Chased Ex-Girlfriend With Box Cutter, Police Say

Hazelwood Police said the man was yelling that he would slash her throat.

A man chased his ex-girlfriend with a box cutter, screaming that he would slash her throat Tuesday outside apartments in the 7400 block of Olian Drive in Hazelwood. Hazelwood Police said Phillip Washington, 27, of St. Louis, confronted his former girlfriend outside the apartment building, hit her and then chased her with the box cutter. The woman ran inside her daughter’s apartment, and the daughter told him he could not come in. The man forced his way inside and began fighting with the woman’s daughter, according to a police report. Police arrived and arrested Washington. He had a box cutter when he was arrested, according to the report. Washington was charged Tuesday with first-degree domestic assault, first-degree burglary and armed …
