Twist and Shout International Balloon Convention Features Local Artists, Benders and Twisters

Local balloonatics to join international contingent at balloon convention in St. Louis.

Local guy Thad James will be one of the featured instructors at an international  balloon convention called Twist and Shout, set for Jan. 30 - Feb. 3 at the St. Louis Airport Marriott Hotel.
