Where your neighbors plan to shop this holiday season.

You've seen them: commercial after commercial vying to catch your eye and capture your holiday spending budget. Have you ever wondered about the onslaught of advertising? Who exactly are these retailers reeling in? Hazelwood Patch did a bit of unscientific retail research around town on Black Friday. Conclusion: It seems more people shop at large  chains rather than local small businesses.   Some people said they'd already completed their holiday shopping while others were using store layaway plans to keep their budgets in the black.
