Monday marks the federal observance of Veterans Day 2012. The purpose of the day is to show gratitude to those that have served in the armed forces. Some thanks shown this weekend have been through freebies: food, service and entertainment. But the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) has another way to say thanks, through its small business programs for veterans.
