Todd Greeves was the man who arrested firefighters Captain David Wilson while trying to save a victim in a car crash! (You can see his stupid actions on camara just look on youtube) He should be dismissed from the force, he is uneducated and poorly trained just like loads of raunchy "officers". This "honor" is just a cover up for past stupidity.   more ›
