North County Store Owner Charged With Selling Bootleg Movies
Bridgeton resident Saddam Mutan, who owns Discount Cigarettes in Jennings, was charged with selling unlicensed DVDs from the store.
A Bridgeton man was one of three men were charged with selling bootleg movies from a Discount Cigarettes store in Jennings. Saddam Mutan, 20, of the 3600 block of Bridgeton Square in Bridgeton, the store owner, was charged Wednesday with offering unauthorized recordings for sale, a felony. Two others charged offering unauthorized recordings for sale were Ivory Jackson, 56, of the 6000 block of Enright Avenue in St. Louis, and Ghazi Khader, 64, of Belleville, IL.
