Joan Fox Passes Away at 86
The wife and mother leaves a legacy of love.
Hazelwood resident Joan Fox died on June 29 at the age of 86. She lived a long life and is described as the loving wife of the late Keith E. Fox; dear daughter of the late Frederick W. and Mary Wright; devoted mother of Jenifer Fox and John Richard Fox; cherished grandmother of Dustin Joshua Ladage and Tyler Lee Ladage; and dear sister of Sidney Katz and the late Mike Wright. Her Baue Funeral Home obituary says she loved to play Bridge, reading and traveling back home with her sister on the East Coast. Fox also had another love described as her "cherished cockatiel Biscuit." In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in honor of Fox to the American Diabetes Foundation.
