The suspect is 17-year-old Nautica Jones.
Updated 9:57 p.m.--St. Louis County Police said that St. Louis City Police have taken 17-year-old Nautica Jones into custody. She remains in their custody. Police have also recovered the vehicle. Carmon Cross has also been found and will be taken to an area hospital for an examination. No motive is known at this time. Charges may be filed when the investigation is complete. Update: As of 3:26 p.m. Thursday Hazelwood Police Lt. Ken Jewson said that Carrie Baker has returned home on her own. Jewson said Baker was in good health upon return, and her location while unavailable for contact is unknown. Krstle Miller whose family has reported her as a missing person, hasn't been seen since she left for work the morning of Feb. 12.
St. Louis County Police are looking for Krstle Miller whose family has reported her as a missing person. According to police, Miller was last seen one month ago on Saturday, Feb. 12 at her home in North County. Miller is a 19-year-old black woman. She is 5 feet tall and weights 98 pounds, and according the police, her family reported her as being bi-polar and needing medication. It is unknown what clothes Miller was wearing when she left the house to go to work Feb. 12, according to police. Reports are that the boy, Carmon Cross, is Jones' cousin and that he happened to be in the car when she took it.
