Some of the best and most authentic Mexican food in Saint Louis - hands down. Too often, Mexican restaurants just put the same things in different wraps. At Pueblo Nuevo each dish is different and the flavors are exciting and diverse. Great, friendly service and live music makes things even better. The prices may seem a little higher than usual, but don't worry - you get plenty of food. And the salsa (you get to mix the mild and hot yourself!) is some of the best in town.

The food was good. The customer service and ambiance make up for anything you'd think the food was lacking. The staff is very friendly and helpful and I went on a Thursday when live music was played, which made it even better.

Food was bad and service was worse.
