Do yourself, and your children a favor and dont ever move here. I have a law suit with them now because they moved me in an apartment that has molded leaking roofs. Not only that the roof was leaking in my sons room and they have no concern at all. Instead of moving me to a new apartment they come and try to paint over the leaks. The roof was leaking so bad my sons crib and stroller were soaked within one day. The people down at the leasing office are so rude, they dont care I ask the owner how would you feel if your children were living like this. Guess what this bitch of a grinch said. The bitch changed the whole subject and wants to talk about im violating my lease by having my sons father visit him more than 3 times in a 6 month period! My son contracted a upper respitory infection due to the mold at 4 months and he is now 9 months old and is still struggling with the same issues. Not only that the laundry room in the basement has mold everywhere and my neighbors complain of the same issues!! MOLD!!! I called the health department and when they touched the roof it collasped and all water started pouring out. But guess what Chez paree has formed a relationship with them even after the health department they were not going to mark it unfit I had to go off on them just for them to realize they need to do the right thing. Whoever wrote this under me must be a staff dont fall for the bs! And the rent is too high for the small ass apt. you can barely fit king size in main room

Everything you could need is within a 2 mile distance. If you don't own a car, take the #44 to the Metro Link. The staff are attentive to your needs, they work as a TEAM. You can place a California king bed in any of the bedrooms wit room to spare for more furniture. I have lived here for 4 years. When I look elsewhere, nothing compares.
