I used them during college because the city in which my college was located only had that bank and another small local. They were ok. While I was home for the summer working, my school pulled a large sum of funds from my account, which made five other things overdraft. The local office in Hazelwood helped me and ended up dismissing all but one overdraft fee. Overall as a bank, I wasn't very happy but the local office was helpful.
