They seem to have zero drive to help you get back your lost package. Weeks have gone by and nobody will respond to me. Getting annoyed !! Upon research I discover that after a certain amount of time goes by they get to auction off your stuff. No wonder they won't respond to me. Helping me get my package back is bad for profits.
