While many residents might head to White Birch Bay for some fun in the sun and water, others have found a simpler right to stay cool.
Musick Park's spray ground offers families a good alternative to heading to the pool.
The spray ground opened originally in 2008, but it reopened last year with new features including underground pipes, spray heads and concrete with bare feet friendly surfacing. There's also multicolored lights for the evening time.
We spoke to one mom about her choice to come to the spray ground.
The spray ground is open daily, 11 a.m.-9 p.m.
