Deadline for St. Louis County Real Estate, Property Taxes Approaching

Hazelwood residents must have their payments submitted by Dec. 31—or Dec. 30 if paying in person.

Time is winding down for residents to submit their payments for 2011 real estate and personal property taxes.

Taxes must be paid to St. Louis County Collector of Revenue by Dec. 31 to avoid interest and penalties accrued on it.

Residents have a number of ways to pay for their taxes, too.

  • Real estate and personal property taxes can be paid online through a credit card or debit of a checking or savings account.
  • Payments can be mailed—as long as they are postmarked by Dec. 3—to Collector of Revenue’s Office, Lawrence K. Roos County Government Building, 41 S. Central Ave., Clayton, MO 63105.
  • Payments could be paid in person by check or money order until Dec. 30, as offices will be closed on Dec. 31. Residents can go to the at 21 Village Square Shopping Center.
