Murder May Have Been Motive for Arson in Villa Rosa Apartments Fire

One man was found dead after the fire. New information uncovered by police led to the arrest of a suspect who is charged with second-degree murder and first-degree arson.

New developments have arisen in the investigation being conducted on .

report that they have arrested Jeremy Henderson, 20, of the 5300 block of Ville Angela in Hazelwood.

Henderson has been charged with second-degree murder and first-degree arson by the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, according to a press release.

A $250,000 cash bond has been set.
