Three Teenagers Arrested for Shooting Into Hazelwood Home

The Hazelwood Police department located and arrested the teens late Tuesday night after the shooting.

Hazelwood police officers were dispatched to a home in the 200 block of Flora Tuesday night to investigate a report of shots fired.

When they arrived, officers found that the suspects had fired several shots at the residence. Police contacted the people inside and determined that no one was injured. The suspects in the shooting were located and arrested a short time later, police said.

Warrants were issued on Tuesday through the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s office for Phillip Monroe, 18, Reginald Alexander, 18 and Aaron Thurman, 17, all of Berkeley. The suspects are charged with unlawful use of a weapon (shooting into a house) and armed criminal action.
