Stranger Knocks on Door, Robs Woman in Hazelwood Hotel Room
The suspect is described as a black male in his early 20s.
A woman called on Sunday around 6:15 in the evening to report that she’d been robbed in her hotel room at the on Dunn Road.
The unknown man, described as a black male, first knocked on her hotel room door and came in when she answered, police report.
The victim said the man displayed a handgun and demanded money. She said she didn’t have any money, so the man stole her cell phone.

He then fled the area with another unknown black male in a light blue or gray passenger vehicle. Police said no further description of the vehicle was provided.

The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 20 to 22 years of age. The victim said he was “heavy set” with short hair. He was wearing blue jeans, a white t-shirt, New Balance tennis shoes and a gray baseball cap. No injuries were reported as a result of the robbery. Hazelwood police say the investigation continues.
