Police Locate Stolen Bike at Area Pawn Shop

And, a traffic stop leads to a person being arrested for drug possession in Thursday's crime report. The Hazelwood Police Department supplied the following information, and arrests or charges mentioned do not indicate a conviction.

February 27

Stealing: Police located a stolen bicycle at a pawn shop in the 7700 block of N. Lindbergh Blvd.

Property Damage: The door to a business in the 9200 block of Latty Ave. was damaged.

March 1

Assault: An eighth grade student at Hazelwood West Middle School made verbal threats toward another student.

Stealing; A wallet was stolen in the 8400 block of Jacklin Ct.

Drug Arrest: A traffic stop at the intersection of Buddie and Moran resulted in the driver being arrested for possession of controlled substance.

Third-Degree Domestic Assault: A man assaulted his girlfriend in the 6500 block of Serenity Circle.
