Police Blotter: Teen Shoots into House on Elbring Drive

Here are a few of the crimes that occurred on Sept. 18 in the City of HazelwoodHazelwood Patch obtained the accounts from the Hazelwood Police Department.

Stealing: Someone broke into a car in the 6000 block of N. Lindbergh Boulevard, and stole a bag containing cell phone and other items while it was parked on the lot overnight.

Stealing: A person broke into a car in the 100 block of Young Drive and took a phone charger, hoodie and some change.

Stealing: A person was arrested for stealing candy, tuna and underwear from the Dollar General store located on Pershall Road.

Domestic Assault: A man was arrested in the 5400 Knoll Creek for choking and punching his wife. 

First-Degree Assault: A teenager shot into a house in the 200 block of Elbring. A person visiting the house returned fire and shot the teen who was taken to the hospital for treatment. The teen was later arrested.

Stealing: A person was arrested for stealing clothes at Cabela's.

Property Damage: A person attempted breaking into a detached garage on a residential property in the 100 block of Reasor.

Stealing: A lawn mower was stolen from a yard in the 8300 block of Buddie.
