Police Blotter: Man Hits Girlfriend After Unsettling Cell Phone Discovery, Rolex Stolen From Car

Here are a few of the crimes that occurred on Sept. 9 and 10 and in the City of Hazelwood. Hazelwood Patch obtained the accounts from theHazelwood Police Department.

Sept. 10

Stealing: The vehicle was broken into in the 100 block of James S. McDonnell Boulevard. The owner reported cash, a gold chain and Rolex brand watch taken.

Drug Arrest: A person was arrested after a drugs were found during a traffic stop in the 6100 block of Howdershell Road.

Property Damage: A resident in the 6500 block of Serenity Circle reported someone knocked over their satellite dish and pole damaging it.

Stealing: A person did not return furniture rented at National Rent to Own, located at 7847 N. Lindbergh Blvd.

Property Damage: Someone busted out a vehicle window overnight in the 5400 block of Knoll Creek Drive.

Stealing: A camera was stolen from an unlocked car in the 600 block of Village Square.

Domestic Assault: A man assaulted his girlfriend in the 2100 block of Bienville Drive. She reported the crime and said he found another man's name in her cellular phone directory. 

Domestic Assault: A man assaulted his ex-girlfriend in the 7300 block of Normandie Court.

Mental Health Crisis: A person was rushed to the hospital for a mental evaluation in the 5300 block of Forest Creek Drive.

Property Damage: A person car window was busted out in the 1100 block of Knollwood Parkway. Nothing was reported stolen.

Sept. 9

Drug Arrest: Police check on a residence in the 8300 block of Richwood Lane after a suspicious person call and found drugs. The person at the residence was arrested.

Third-Degree Assault: A teenager reports a man pushed him during an argument at McDonalds, located at 6270 Howdershell Rd.

Stealing:  Two people stole items from Dollar General, located at 8780 Pershall Rd. The man and woman had fled before police arrived.

Stealing: A person reported their wallet being stolen on Tamma some time throughout the weekend.

Stealing: A man stole gas from Phillips 66, located at 7323 N. Lindbergh Blvd. The man was identified and is now wanted.
