Person Arrested for Being Caught in a House Posted "No Entry by Code Enforcement"

And thieves take jewelry, televisions and video game consoles in Thursday's crime report.

Here are a few of the crimes that occurred on February 11 and February 12 in the City of Hazelwood. Hazelwood Patch attained the accounts from the Hazelwood Police Department.

February 11

Stealing: A vehicle was stolen in the 800 block of Holiday.

Assault: A teen was assaulted by another teen at Hazelwood West Middle School.

Property Damage: City property was damaged in the 5300 block of Ville Rosa.

Third-Degree Assault: HPD responded to two teenagers fighting in the 7300 block of Normandie Ct.

Second-Degree Burglary: A person broke into a home in the 400 block of Chapel Ridge by forcing entry through the back door. A television and jewelry were stolen.

Drug Arrest: A person was arrested for being in possession of heroin in the 7300 block of N. Hanley.

February 12

Stealing: A vehicle and money was stolen in the 6000 block of N. Lindbergh Blvd.

Stealing: Items were stolen from a vehicle in the 5500 block of N. Lindbergh Blvd.

Second-Degree Burglary: A home was broken into in the 7300 block of Normandie Ct. Entry was gained through the patio door. Television and household items were stolen.

Second-Degree Burglary: A home was broken into in the 8800 block of Santa Bella. Entry was gained through the patio door. Two televisions, a Playstation 3 video game console, an Xbox 360 video game console and video games were stolen.

Trespassing: A person was arrested in the 1000 block of Timberwood Trails after being caught in a house posted, "No Entry by Code Enforcement."
