Men Charged With Four North County Burglaries

St. Louis County Police said Cedric Perry and Chauncey Allen burglarized four homes, including two homes in Florissant, in one week.

Two men are accused of four burglaries within one week in North County, police said.

Chauncey C. Allen, 22, of the 400 block of Elm Grove Lane in Hazelwood, and Cedric N. Perry, 20, of the 800 block of Manresa Lane in Florissant, each were charged Saturday with four counts of second-degree burglary and three counts of felony theft.

St. Louis County Police said Allen and Perry committed two burglaries in Florissant and two in unincorporated North County north of Spanish Lake:

  • July 13, entered a home in the 2400 block of Oakwood Manor in Florissant and stole a flat-screen TV, laptop computer and jewelry
  • July 14, entered a home in the 2400 block of Teakwood Manor in Florissant and stole a video game system and video games
  • July 18, entered a home in the 13000 block of Spanish Pond Road and stole a laptop computer and wireless hot-spot device
  • July 19, entered a home in the 12900 block of Spanish Pond Road.

Perry and Allen both are being held in the St. Louis County Justice Center.  Bail for Perry was set at $50,000, cash only. Bail for Allen was set at $75,000, cash only.
