Hazelwood Man Breaks Mother's Arm, Shoves Grandmother to Floor, Police Say

A man broke his mother’s arm, choked her and pushed his grandmother to the ground Tuesday in South County, police said.

Brandon Christopher McGauley, 29, of the 7300 block of Arrow Wood in Hazelwood, was charged Wednesday with second-degree domestic assault and third-degree domestic assault.

St. Louis County Police said McGauley attacked his mother Tuesday at a home in the 7800 block of Navajoe Street in South County.

McGauley is being held in the St. Louis County Justice Center. Bail was set at $50,000.
