Hazelwood Crime: Woman's Purse Stolen As She Sleeps in Business Lobby, Later Found In Dumpster

And, five people stick up a person and take their cell phone and wallet.. The HPD supplied the information in Monday's report. Arrests or charges listed don't indicate conviction.

Here are a few of the crimes that occurred March 13 through March 15 in the City of Hazelwood. Hazelwood Patch attained the accounts from the Hazelwood Police Department.

March 13

No crime reported to Patch.

March 14

Stealing/Drug Possession: A man was arrested for stealing his parent's credit card in the 154 block of Reasor. When he was arrested for the crime drugs were found on his person.

Stealing: A teen was arrested for sealing a wallet in the 6200 block of Howdershell Road.

Second-Degree Burglary: A person was arrested for stealing a televison and other electronics from a house in the 7300 block of Hazelcrest.

First-Degree Robbery/Unlawful Use of a Weapon: Five people were arrested for a robbery that occurred in the 6500 block of Serenity Circle. The group robbed a person at gunpoint, and took a cell phone and wallet.

March 15

Stealing: A man stole several items from a buisness in the 7900 block of N. Lindbergh Blvd.

Identity Theft: A person's debit card was used to make internet purchases in the 5300 block of Knoll Creek.

Identity Theft: A person's debit card was used to make internet purchases in the 300 block of Chaparrall Creek.

Identity Theft: A person's debit card was used to make internet purchases in the 6500 block of Serenity Circle.

Stealing: A woman's purse was stolen while she was sleep in a lobby chair inside a business in the 12500 block of Santa Maria. Her purse was later found in a dumpster.

Drug Arrest: A person was arrested for having drugs on them during a traffic stop in the 200 block of Reasor.

Property Damage: Someone damaged a car in the 5300 block of Knollwood Parkway Court using paint.

Possession of Stolen Property: A person had licenses plates that were reported stolen in the 300 block of Taylor Road.
