Hazelwood Crime: Person Tries to Buy Prescription Drugs with a Fake Script

And, two women wanted in other cities are arrested for stealing in Hazelwood. The HPD supplied the information in Friday's report. Arrests or charges listed don't indicate conviction.

Here are a few of the crimes that occurred March 8 through March 10 in the City of Hazelwood. Hazelwood Patch attained the accounts from the Hazelwood Police Department.

March 8

Stealing: A person's phone was stolen after they dropped it at St. Louis Outlet Mall.

Stealing: Items were stolen from the back of a car in the 100 block of Elm Grove.

Possession of Stolen Property: A person was arrested for having clothes reported stolen at St. Louis Outlet Mall.

Fraud: A person was arrested for trying to buy prescription drugs with a fake prescription script in the 7000 block of Howdershell Road.

Vehicle Theft: A vehicle left running unattended was stolen in the 200 block of Elbring.

Domestic Assault: A man was arrested for assaulting his girlfriend at St. Louis Outlet Mall.

March 9

Stealing: Two women were arrested at St. Louis Outlet Mall for stealing at GAP Outlet. Both woman had fugitive warrants from other agencies, and one was in possession of a theft device.

March 10

Stealing: A person used a credit card stolen in Overland at St. Louis Outlet Mall.

Domestic Assault: A man was arrested for assaulting his girlfriend in the 7300 block of Normandie Ct.

Property Damage: A person damaged a guest room entry door and items inside the room at Days Inn.
