Hazelwood Crime: Person Rents Car at Enterprise, Fails to Return It

The Hazelwood Police Department supplied Tuesday's crime report. Arrests or charges listed don't indicate conviction.

Here are a few of the crimes that occurred April 12 and 13 in the City of Hazelwood. Hazelwood Patch obtained the accounts from the Hazelwood Police Department.

April 12

Stealing: A person stole men's clothing items from the Gap Outlet store.

Theft: A person rented a vehicle from Enterprise Rent-A-Car and did not return it.

Property Damage/Failure to comply/Assault: An intoxicated patron at Redbirds Sports Cafe' broke the door to the business, assaulted another person and the officer on scene. No injuries were reported and the person was arrested.

Third-Degree Domestic Assault: A man was arrested for assaulting his girlfriend in the 7000 block of Laupher.

April 13

Assault: A man and woman involved in a relationship with one another assaulted each other at Musick Park.

Property Damage/Stealing: A car door handle was damaged and a ring and Global Positioning System stolen from inside the vehicle in the 100 block of Chapel Ridge.

Property Damage: A customer at China Kitchen began damaging items in the restaurant.

Stealing: A teen was arrested for stealing clothes at St. Louis Outlet Mall.
