Hazelwood Crime: Person Breaks Into Extended Stay Steals TV, Other Items

And, police respond to a mental health crisis call and find the person with methamphetamine in Wednesday's crime report.

Here are a few of the crimes that occurred on February 5 in the City of Hazelwood. Hazelwood Patch attained the accounts from the Hazelwood Police Department (HPD).

Stealing: A vehicle was broken into and items stolen in the 6000 block of Boulder Creek Dr.

Stealing/Property Damage: A vehicle was broken into in the 2200 block of Calle Vista Dr. The vehicle's dashboard was damaged and items were stolen.

Property Damage: Four tires on a vehicle were slashed in the 12000 block of Missouri Bottom Rd.

Second-Degree Burglary: A person gained access to a room at Extended Stay America through an exterior window, and stole a television and other items.

Drug Arrest: A person was arrested for having suspected methamphetamine on them in the 11000 block of Missouri Bottom Rd. Police were called to a possible mental health crisis and it was revealed the person in distress had the drugs.

Drug Arrest: A person was arrested in the 500 block of Saratoga after marijuana was discovered during a traffic stop.

Stealing: Clothing was stolen from a laundry room in the 7400 block of Hazelcrest.
