Hazelwood Crime: Man Damages A Car, Leaves Behind Note and Later Arrested

Plus, license plates are stolen from multiple locations in one night in Wednesday's crime report.

December 12

Drug Arrest: Two people were arrested in the 6500 block of Cortena for being in possession of drugs.

Vehicle Theft: A person's car was stolen overnight in the 400 block of Chaparral Creek.

Stealing: An iPhone was stolen at Hazelwood West High School.

Stealing: License plates were stolen from a vehicle in the 8600 block of Brittany Town.

Stealing: License plates were stolen from a vehicle in the 6500 block of Serenity Circle.

Drug Arrest: Four people were arrested for being in possession of a controlled substance in the 6000 block of North Lindbergh.

December 13

Stealing: Money was stolen from a room at Extended Stay America.

Stealing: A purse was stolen from a vehicle in the 7700 block of North Lindbergh.

Second-Degree Burglary: A trailer door was forced open in the 6000 block of N. Lindbergh and video equipment was stolen.

Second-Degree Burglary: A person broke into an apartment in the 500 block of Chaparrall Creek and stole items.

Property Damage: A person was arrested after leaving the scene of a vehicle accident in the 400 block of Chaparrall Creek. The man said he was unable to locate the owner of the damaged vehicle so he left the note; however, he was later located and arrested for outstanding warrants.
