Hazelwood Crime: Juveniles Taken Into Custody for Fighting, Stealing

Plus, cases of domestic assault between lovers, property damage and more.

Here’s a rundown of crime that occurred in the City of Hazelwood on Aug. 25. Hazelwood Patch attained the accounts from the Hazelwood Police Department.

  • Domestic Assault: A boyfriend and girlfriend experienced a domestic disturbance in the 800 block of Mary Jo. Police are investigating the situation.
  • Stealing: A suspect stole numerous items from the Gap at St. Louis Mills. The investigation continues.
  • Stealing: A suspect was arrested for stealing from Marshalls at St. Louis Mills.
  • Assault: Juveniles fought at an apartment complex on Mill Creek Drive. Two of the juveniles were taken into custody and later released to their parents.
  • Stealing: A juvenile was taken into custody for stealing from a candy shop at St. Louis Mills. The juvenile was later released to parents.
  • Property Damage: Someone broke into a vehicle parked in the 600 block of Lambert Point Drive and stole several items from inside the vehicle. Two other cars on the block were also broken into and items were stolen.
