Drug-Addicted Nephew Steals Jewelry, Laptop Stolen During Party and Shots Fired Into Home

July 16

  • Property Damage—Unknown people painted the windows of a home green in the 200 block of Anastasia.
  • Assault—Two male juveniles assaulted a victim in the 8300 block of Latty. Both were taken into custody by police.
  • Domestic Assault—A verbal disturbance between a man and a woman brought police to the 6000 block of Boulder Creek.
  • Assault—Police received a report of shots fired into a home in the 200 block of Manning. When they arrived, officers spoke to the victim who reported that several people had fired shots into her home before fleeing on foot. The investigation continues.
  • Robbery—An unknown male approached a victim, displaying a handgun. He fled with the victim’s cell phone. The investigation continues.

July 17

  • Burglary—After he accidentally left his key in the door when he left, a man returned to his home in the 6100 block of Fee Fee to find that his X-Box and games had been stolen.
  • Stealing—A lawnmower was stolen from the front porch of a home in the 700 block of Coachlight.
  • Stealing Felony—A man reported that a member of his family stole his Berretta 9 millimeter pistol from his home in the 100 block of Reasor.

July 18

  • Stealing—A woman left her iPhone at McDonalds in the 8700 block of Pershall. When she returned to retrieve it, it had been stolen.

July 19

  • Road Rage—A woman told police that an unknown person tried to run her off the road in the 5400 block of Brown Road.
  • Stealing—A victim reported that a nephew allegedly stole jewelry from a home in the 300 block of Sturbridge Valley. The suspect has drug problems, police said.
  • Stealing—Someone was arrested for stealing at St. Louis Mills.
  • Domestic Assault—After two brothers fought in the 4900 block of Rose Blossom, one was arrested.

July 20

  • Stealing—A former employee is wanted for stealing money from a business in the 9000 block of Dunn Road.
  • Property Damage—Someone broke out the rear passenger window of a vehicle parked at St. Louis Mills.
  • Stealing—A suspect stole two Colt gun clips from Cabela’s and was arrested.
  • Assault—A victim reported being assaulted by two friends in the 7300 block of North  Hanley.
  • Curfew Violation—Two juveniles were arrested for curfew violation in the 1100 block of Howdershell.

July 21

  • Property Damage and Stealing—Someone broke a window and stole a cell phone from a vehicle parked at Longhorn at St. Louis Mills. A vehicle’s door was damaged.

July 22

  • Stealing—A laptop computer was stolen during a large party in the 500 block of Lynn Haven.
  • Stealing—Two GPS units were stolen from a vehicle in the 7100 block of Douglas Palmer.
