Four $1,200 Scholarships Offered by Neighbors Credit Union

St. Louis, MO – Neighbors Credit Union knows the value of a dollar, but they also know the value of an education as well.  That is why they are offering to help by giving away four scholarships.  The 23rd annual Clarence L Hagemann Scholarship Contest is now going on at Neighbors Credit Union. The credit union has awarded a total of $37,100 since 1993.

This contest is open to all Neighbors Credit Union members between the ages of 13 and 19 who will be attending an accredited college or trade school during the autumn of 2014.  Credit unions are focused on community involvement to achieve their philosophy of “People helping people.” Each person who wishes to submit an entry must complete an application and a three page essay answering the question “How do you display the ‘People helping people’ philosophy?”
