Where to Take Your Family to See Eagles

Below are upcoming activities and events that celebrate the return of the eagles.

Every year, eagles migrate through the St. Louis area in the winter months. We love our eagles, and there are terrific places in our region where you and your kids can watch them and learn more about their migration. 


Bald Eagle Days at Pere Marquette
Date:  Wed, 01/29/2014

Location:  Pere Marquette State Park
The Eagle has landed! Grab your family and come see our national bird, the bald eagle, in treetops along the river and learn more about this magnificent creature. Free, family-friendly event!



Masters of the Sky
Date:  Sat, 02/15/2014 
Time:  11 am, 1 pm, and 3 pm
Location:  National Great Rivers Museum
Masters of the Sky is a LIVE bird show featuring raptors such as Eagles, Hawks, Falcons, Owls, and more. February 15-17, 2014.



World Eagle Day 
Date:  Sun, 03/16/2014 
Time:  10:00am - 4:00pm 
Location:  World Bird Sanctuary 
Come out and see eagles from around the world at the World Bird Sanctuary and learn more about this majestic creature from our naturalists. Live eagle shows, photo opportunities, free crafts and more!
