North County Churches Uniting for Racial Harmony and Justice (NCCU) has the pleasure of annoucing its Community Service Awards, Outstanding Education Awards, and its President Awards  Recipients are:

Keynote speaker will be Dr. Thomas George, Chancellor, UMSL.  President Rance Thomas said that this is truly one of the most outstanding and deserving group of individuals and organizations we have ever selected.  It it an honor to recognize them for truly making a difference in their communities and the Metropolitan area.
