I have a confession to make -- I've been eating too much sugar!

If you know anything about my journey, you know that I have an issue with sugar. And, to be honest, it's a journey with peaks and valleys.
I decided last week that I needed to eliminate added sweeteners from my diet.
So, beginning November 1, I'm doing a White Is Out 7 Day Challenge. I'll be eliminating, at the least, refined sugar and flour.
