Want to know how to break through fear?

Want to know how to breakthrough fears starting today?

When it comes to connecting with people I notice there are basically three types of people in this world.  There are extroverts, introverts, and then there are people who change back and forth.  They can be both.

I'm the latter.  While this can be a good trait, because I can change based on the circumstance or person I'm with. I can sometimes be perceived as being aloof.  The people who know me feel that sometimes I'm not all the way there.  And those who don't know me, see someone who they would like to get to know, but don't know how to break through to me. 

My natural tendency is toward being an introvert.  I receive energy from being alone.  It's where I recharge.  But sometimes, it's as if I'm on the edge.  I'm right on the brink of something.  I want to totally be in the mix.

That fluctuation is what throws people off.  And quite frankly, it can be tiring.  My inner desire is to break out with no holds barred.

But something holds me back.  It's fear.
