It's Love Yourself Month!

February is the month of love. I know that's a cliche, but really without exercising love, it doesn't matter how well you eat, you'll always feel crappy.

Yep, I mentioned last month to look for something special happening this month and this is it!

I am so inspired to share with you how to not only be aware of the food you put into your body, but also to love yourself. Hand in hand, these things create total health.

Valentine’s Day is one of my favorite holidays. I know some say it’s a commercial holiday, but I look at it as a an annual reminder to exercise the love we have been so freely given.
