When Does Daylight Saving Time Begin in 2013?

Also, it's time to replace the batteries in your smoke detector.

Don't forget to set your clock forward one hour before you go to bed Saturday night. Or if you are a night owl and will likely be up late, the official time change is supposed to happen at 2 a.m. Sunday, March 10.

Arizona, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands and American Samoa do not observe Daylight Saving Time. Daylight Saving Time will end Nov. 3.

It’s also a good time to change smoke detector batteries and check to make sure device are in working order.
