Turn Your Child's Halloween Costume into a Nationwide Sensation

Patch's Little Pumpkin Costume Challenge enters you into a chance to give to your choice charity and meet Heidi Klum.

With Halloween around the corner, what costumes have you planned?

Lets face it, kids make the cutest dressed up characters. So have you or your child created one of the most innovative costumes around Hazelwood? Well, we want to hear from you.

Patch is on a nationwide search for the kid with the most creative costume in America. Supermodel and Project Runway host Heidi Klum will select the Grand Prize winner, and he or she will receive a two-day, three-night trip to Los Angeles or New York City to do a meet-and-greet with her. Plus, Patch will donate $1,031 on their behalf to a local charity of their choosing.

Also, nine runners up will have a donation of $1,031 each to a charity of their choice.

So, how do you enter?

Just submit a photo of your child, 12 years old or younger only, in their costume to this article. Just to be clear, you must be the parent or guardian of the child being entered. Make sure to include your child’s name, your name as parent or guardian as well as which charity you’d like your donation to go to. That info can be added after the photo is uploaded, by clicking edit photo, and filling in the caption field. All of the rules can be read here. 

All submissions must be in by 9 p.m. on Halloween night.
