In the wake of Wednesday's tornado, Hazelwood residents are dealing with a lot of damage. Not only are there numerous down electirity poles, but uprooted and broken trees. Here is a look at some damage in the Dunn Road and Missouri Bottom Road area.

Hazelwood Mayor Matthew Robinson has told Patch that the damage is localized in the community to a roughly 2-square-mile area and that no one, contrary to other reports, has been trapped or seriously injured. We had a report of someone suffering a broken leg.

Robinson said Missouri Gov. Jay Nixon is enroute to Hazelwood now, with a planned fly-over of the damage in Sullivan, and then an on-the-scene tour of Hazelwood at about noon today.
