Get Out! The house wants a break. Here are some places to go for a good time during this last week of the month.

Looking for something fun and different to do this weekend. Check out these events in and aournd Hazelwood. We’ve got some ideas right here – many of which are within 10 minutes from where you live.

  • When/Where: 6:30pm-8:30pm, Friday, Feb. 25 at Kids World Gymnastics

  • Why Go: This is a safe teen night event first for children 12 and under, open gym format with music, dance, cheerleading,trampoline, tumbling, and plenty of flipping fun. At 9 p.m., teens ages 12 and up can have their event until 10:30 p.m.

  • Pricing: $7 for members, $10 for non-members

    • When/Where: 4:30pm-7:30pm, Friday, Feb. 25 at Sybergs

  • Why Go: Do you really need a special reason to go to Happy Hour? Of course not! But if you think you do, go check out the music stylings of Mike Mattingly.

    • When/Where: Saturday, 7 p.m. at Garden Villas North

    • Why Go: What’s not to love about dinner theater? Put on by the , the evening includes dinner, the play, wine, beer and setups. Reservations are required and can be made by calling 314-831-3500.

    • Why Go: Love old school country? Put on by the Springer Opera House and the State Theater of Georgia, this show is sure to be both entertaining and educational. Take a walk down memory lane as the country singer's life is portrayed from age 15 until her untimely of death.

    • Pricing: $27.00 Adults; $25.00 Seniors/Students

    • Where/When: Saturday at 7 p.m., the Foundry Art Centre in St. Charles

    • Why Go: This themed, formal party is a fundraiser to benefit Responder Rescue, Inc. and will include complimentary adult beverages, entertainment by The Smash Band and assorted cajun appetizers. This benefit is a great way to kick off Mardi Gras 2011!
