Lambert Airport Opens First Wave of New Stores

Six of 14 planned new shops have opened. In August, travel retailer the Hudson Group, won the airport's retail concessions contract. Find out what other stores will open.

Round 1 of Lambert-St. Louis International Airport’s new retail shops are now open.

Six Hudson Group stores have opened at the airport. In August, joint venture HG-St. Louis JV, which consists of  Hudson Group, won the airport’s retail concessions contract, according to the airport's website..

The company took over operations February 1, and according to Lambert's website, plans to open 14 new shops in total.

  • Hudson’s flagship travel convenience store in Terminal 1 on the C Concourse near gate C18
  • Bliss located in the C Concourse near gate C15
  • Discover St. Louis store in Terminal 2 near gate E18
  • Spectacles eyewear store located in Terminal 2 near gate E12
  • Kids Works located in Terminal 2 near gate E22
  • Spectacles in the C Concourse

Before the shops opened, Hudson Group's presence at the airport consisted of operating from existing locations or temporary kiosks.

An Eddie Bauer, Ebony News and CNN Newsstand St. Louis are a few of the stores set to open in the next round.
