Comments: Inspector received complaint that servers cleaned the tables and floors with the same towel and water and dishwasher doesn’t properly clean glassware and dishware. There was also a complaint that the cleaning bottles are mislabeled. Inspector spoke to manager and the manager explained the standards for the establishment. Inspector also reviewed procedures for table cleaning and prewashing.
