Comments: No thermometer found in reach-in cooler but thermometer was provided; food items not in original container unlabeled but later corrected; shelves found to be rusty in bag-in-the-box area.

Comments: Someone complained that Pizza Hut had increase cross-contamination risks, including improper handwashing practices, employees don’t wear gloves, and that the restaurant has bugs. Inspector stated that the routine inspection was just performed March 11 and follow-up inspection done on March 21. No further follow-up needed.
