Comments: According to the inspector, there was no signage reminding employees to wash thier hands at the wash station. The inspector left signs behind for the hand washing area.

Comments: Bulk dry goods were not labeled with common name at inspection time, according to the inspection report. Hot water was below 100 degrees in men and women restroom handsinks. The inspector noted that there was low light intensity and or no light in the reach-in refrigerators. There was also equipment with what the inspector called "potentially hazardous fluids and moisture lines" in walkin cooler, in operation above ready-to-eat food.
