• Description: In this role as a Documentation Specialist, you will prepare loan closing packets for complex Commercial loans, retrieve all pertinent/supporting documentation from the CAF library, and test Harland Pro Suite-Laser Pro Lending software upgrades.  You will also create documents for the standard and more complicated/complex loan closing packets including Commercial, Agriculture, and IL Land trust by utilizing loan documentation software; applying your knowledge of compliance regulations, credit policy, bank procedures and loan processes to the loan transaction. 
• Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required; college degree in business or a related field is preferred; and a minimum of two to three years experience and/or training in loan documentation; or equivalent combination of education and experience; among other requirements.
