Indulge in NoCo's Best Eats at Taste of North County Saturday

Twelve restaurants will serve up cuisine, while 40 vendors present in the annual business showcase.

Saturday, North County residents unite for a chance to sample a little bit of what makes this part of St. Louis County so special.

The City of Florissant and Greater North County Chamber of Commerce have teamed up to present “Taste of North County.” The two will also host a business showcase.

More than 40 vendors will be on display at the showcase to present their businesses and products, including AAA Travel, Curves, Eagle Fitness, Emerson Family YMCA and Vantage Credit Union.

This will be the first year for the “Taste of North County,” which will feature 12 area restaurants and their cuisine such as DeLeo’s, Pirrone’s, the Rice House and Helfer’s. Last year's event at Jamestown Mall was a business showcase that included food sampling.

All of the public is invited and the showcase is free.

Taste of North County is $5 for adults and $2 for children.

The event takes place Saturday, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at the James J. Eagan Center.
