Hazelwood’s Free Summer Concert Series Rocks on with Klose’Nuff

Truman Park's gazebo once again is the stage for the Hazelwood Free Summer Concert Series.

Classic hits cover band, Klose’Nuff continued the Free Summer Concert Series at gazebo July 30.

Visitors filed into the park with blankets and lawn chairs hoping to escape the summer heat with cool sounds from the Beatles, Chicago, The Eagles and more. Despite early reports of possible rain, the outdoor concert was played without interruption. Conveniently, the City of Hazelwood Parks and Recreation Division arranged a shuttle service from White Birch Park for those who needed it.

The final show in the Hazelwood’s Summer Concert Series will feature R&B, Funk and Classic Rock provided by The Chaz45 Band on August 13. There is no need to buy tickets as admission is free. Just like the Klose’Nuff show, the concert will be held at Truman Park’s gazebo. Visitors may bring lawn chairs or blankets, as well as snacks and coolers.  Glass containers, however, will not be allowed during the concert.
