Viewfinder: Hazelwood's Free Summer Concert Series Continues with Jam Central Station

Classic rock & roll draws a crowd to Truman Park's gazebo.

continued its summer concert series at this past Saturday, June 4. The second stop on the music tour was cover band Jam Central Station.

Armed with lawn chairs and blankets, visitors enjoyed classic rock favorites from Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Bad Company, Lynyrd Skynyrd and more. Not deterred by a challenging parking situation or summer heat, many stopped by to hear the five piece band. Fortunately, pleasant evening temperatures and a shuttle service to-and-from aided music fans.

The concert series will continue as scheduled. Next up is the Elvis inspired act, the Tom Christopher Band, on June 18. All concerts have free admission, and will be held at Truman Park’s new gazebo.
