 sidents of Hazelwood for personal business such as doctors appointment\,
  hair appointments\, grocery shopping and banking.&nbsp\; To qualify you
  must:\n\nBe a resident of City of Hazelwood.\nBe 55 ears of age or olde
 r or disabled with medical verification.\nComplete and sign an applicati
 on for service and submit it to the Recreation Office.\nNo special medic
 al condition which could adversely affect the health of other participan
 ts riding the bus.\nAny accommodations that may be needed are the respon
 sibility of the rider: service animals\, oxygen\, personal assistance\, 
 and walker.\n\nMaking a reservation:\n\nRiders mus call 48 hours in adva
 nce.\nReservations will be made in 30 minutes increments.\nRider should 
 be ready 30 minutes prior to their designated pick-up time.\nAppointment
  will be accepted up to one month in advance\nRiders are limited to one 
 tripper day\, two per week.\nCancellations should be made 24 hours in ad
